- Heat oil in a pan, fry potatoes till crispy and golden.
- Drain and set letting it drip all excess oil.
- Mean while, heat another pan add 1 tbsp oil add grated onion, red chili , garlic and saute.
- Add in all the remaining ingredients and cook on low heat for 5 sec , throw the potatoes and mix to coat the spices, continuously for 3 mins .
Take off heat and serve. Enjoy
