Chicken cut into piece(8-10)

Salt to taste

1 -2 tbsp Red chili

1 tbsp Zaatar powdered

2 tbsp Tandoori spice

1 -2 tbsp Lemon juice

1/2 cup yogurt

1 tsp Garam masala

1/2 tsp Curry powder

1 tsp Coriander powder

2-3 drop Red food coloring

1 tbsp butter


  1. Marinate chicken with salt, redchili, tandoori spice,lemon juice,zaatar. 
  2. Set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the chicken except butter.
  4. Return to fridge for another 30 minutes
  5. Preheat oven to mediun low
  6. Place chicken on a grilling racks and bake for 50 minutes, brushing both sides with butter
  7. Serve and enjoy😊
